1957 356A Coupe Garage Find

Just out of 53-year ownership and 40 plus years parked in a Maryland garage as owned by a NASA Engineer. This is an old, funky driver that looks like it could be on a used car lot in 1969! Recently fully recommissioned including brakes, rebuilt gearbox, clutch, lots of service work and a strong running, non-matching period correct engine. Originally delivered to a U.S. Serviceman through Glockler in Germany in the colors of silver and red. Long since painted Ivory and the original interior dyed black. Solid overall with some small rust areas and filler. Lots of scratches, scrapes, dings and dents. The old 356 runs and drives well. Still needs a little work.  A fun 356 to bomb around in and park anywhere.
